Component Library Managing
Trace PCB is able to create and manage a Component Library according to the customer request .
We know to define from an electrical Symbol through a logical Cell to
a physical geometry Part (Footprint).
The PCB Layout begin with these most important first steps:
Electrical Schematic Capture Symbol Definition
Logical Pin Mapping Cell Definition
Land Pattern or Pad/ Padstack Definition
Physical Geometry PCB Footprint Definition
We know also to edit and generate Models for 3D Mechanical PCB Simulation (Shape/package Device) ,Thermal PCB Simulation (Power/High Current) and Electrical PCB Simulation (SI/High Speed).
Today The Trace PCB Central Parts Library contains more than 5000 Footprint files
All of them were verified , confirmed by customers or assembly manufacturers , stored and added into our main Database .
Every day we used to build ,to create new PCB Footprints in our libraries according data-sheets / component properties and parameters.
We check them before saving them and update them if it's necessary.
